Bosecom was approached in 1996 with the request of unnamed manufacturing company for an electronics repair solution. The service was for a specific component level repair and a quality control measure interface break-fix services for aeronautical craft.
Bosecom is now a long standing partner that offers break-fix and technical support to this company.
VGA Card Manufacturer
Bosecom was approached by a Taiwanese based graphics card manufacture in 2005. Bosecom assisted in setting up a UK based component level warranty centre, capable in repairing VGA cards and offering customer support.
Monitor Manufacturer
A Chinese based monitor manufacturer contacted Bosecom for a Break-Fix solution of their small 14”-18” LCD monitors.
Japanese Digital Camera Manufacturer
Bosecom was requested to become a fully fledged support and warranty repair centre for a high quality Manufacturer in the digital SLR and Professional camera solution market.
Laptop Computer Manufacturer
Bosecom was approached by a leading computer manufacturer in the UK. Bosecom was responsible for field engineering as a subdivision of a larger solution. As a result, the engineers provided were rated the best in the UK and have since been requested to overtake the larger solution provide.
We have been working with this manufacturer to improve the SLA and Field Engineer based Break-Fix operation.
Power supply Manufacturer
A European Power Supply Manufacturer approached Bosecom in 2013 for the repair of in warranty power supplies. However there was no warranty solution.
Radio Communications for Primary Defence Contractor
A defence contractor requiring Radio Communication repair and installation work contacted Bosecom in 2015 with the request of implementing a bespoke repair solution for failed long range communication substations.
Bosecom builds and supplied bespoke equipment and hardware as well as a dedicated call centre service with field management.
Laser Hair Removal Device Manufacturing Company
A European based Laser Manufacturer had a high product defect rate, we provided UK Break-Fix support and Warehousing as well as finding the product defect and passing on the relevant solution so that the fault would be corrected in the manufacturing process, thus increasing product reliability and quality. With this we were able to offer an extended warranty.
We are currently working with them as a major service partner.
